Large items such as furniture, mirrors, we will quote before you buy. For larger items we can arrange delivery to London at reasonable rates, we are happy to arrange a quote for other parts of the country which will be dependent on mileage. Items are generally delivered to the main entry point of your property. In these cases it will be necessary to contact you to advise the cost of delivery. We will send you a confirmation of your order and dispatch details.

Where multiple items are purchased for delivery to a single address, only one postage charge will be applied.

We are happy to source a quote for international shipping, however we do not take responsibility for any duties, taxes and restrictions, this responsibility is with the customer.

Returns

If you do buy an item from us and are unhappy with it, please let us know within 7 days. A refund is only possible if you make contact within 7 days after purchase. We must then receive the item back within a further 10 days. All items must be returned to us in its original condition and insured to its value. We apologise but we cannot refund the cost of any delivery and packaging.
