Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5 working days from the date of your order. Any changes to this will be communicated via Telephone or email. Delivery can only be made to mainland UK.
UK Standard Delivery (up to 5kg) £12.00
UK Delivery over 5kg or International contact for quote
Where multiple items are purchased for delivery to a single address, only one postage charge will be applied.
We are happy to source a quote for international shipping, however we do not take responsibility for any duties, taxes and restrictions, this responsibility is with the customer.
Returns
If you do buy an item from us and are unhappy with it, please let us know within 7 days. A refund is only possible if you make contact within 7 days after purchase. We must then receive the item back within a further 10 days. All items must be returned to us in its original condition and insured to its value. We apologise but we cannot refund the cost of any delivery and packaging.
