Beautiful French Boy in Glasses

Wonderful portrait of a young French man in spectacles wearing a fashionable double breasted suit and open neck shirt typical of the time.  Dated 1935 and signed Thardelli.  A French early 20thCentury oil painting of good scale and a lovely gentle colour palette of soft nudes and greys.  Framed in a decorative carved painted frame.   There sre signs of wear and imperfections due to the age, the surface of the painting is slightly uneven.
